For over 84 years, The Twenty-Five Club has lit up the lives of parents and their frail newborn babies with their mission of providing the utmost in critical care and research that specifically targets prenatal and neonatal infants with state-of-the-art medical equipment. Survival rates of these babies have increased.
This year’s Twenty-Five Club annual fall luncheon and fundraising event, “Fallingwater, Then and Now”, will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023, at the Duquesne Club.
The day begins at 10 A.M. with an array of boutiques featuring jewelry, furs, women’s clothing, holiday wreaths, an assortment of candies, timeless treasures and the famous Fallingwater Cookbook.
At 12:45 P.M., keynote speaker, Justin Guenther, Fallingwater Director and Western Pennsylvania Conservancy Vice President, will present a historical video depicting the timelessness and appeal of this unique beauty. Ron Donahue, Artist in Residence at Fallingwater has designed the invitation and program cover.
In addition, Karissa Martinez from UPMC Nursing will speak on behalf of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital. The noon luncheon also features Susan Koeppen of WPXI as emcee.
The cost of the afternoon is $175. Parking is available at the Liberty Smithfield Garage or valet parking at the Duquesne Club.
