The full-service animal colony has state-of-the-art microsurgical and macrosurgical suites and technicians who provide a variety of services, including:
- Transgenic mice and rats
- Knockout mice
- CRISPR/Cas9 mutagenesis (mice and rats)
- CRISPR/Cas9 knockin (mice and rats)
- Cryopreservation/rederivation (embryos or sperm)
- Animal bioassays (teratoma, chimera analyses)
